The short answer, a lot. We’ll begin by promptly sending you a professional quote that is easy to understand and free of jargon. We also offer financing to make getting a new roof easier for you and you’ll receive proof of WCB before we start.
During the installation, you’ll always be in the know about our progress, and we’ll take extensive care to protect your home and gardens. Your site will stay clean and we’ll work within your city/municipal bylaws. We’ll arrive on time, stay on schedule and keep your driveway as clear as possible. We’ll replace all of your flashing and outdated roof parts and inform you if a part of your roof requires repair or replacement beyond our quote. We’ll also take precautions to avoid damaging your driveway, gutters and soffit. Before we leave your property everyday, we’ll collect all garbage and collect the nails from your driveway with a magnet cart.
When finished, you’ll receive a final full roof inspection and a reliable warranty. Our crews are certified, professional and uniformed. Rest assured, your best interests are our priority.

…what’s next?
STEP 1 - After signing your contract, you’ll be invited to our showroom to finalize the product details and place a deposit.
STEP 2 - We’ll order your project materials and stay in touch about your installation date.
STEP 3 - Your project will start. Our crews will work on site at designated times. Your site will be cleaned after every day of work, and our foreman will update you before leaving.
STEP 4 - Your roof will be completed. We’ll finish with a full roof inspection, take care of any deficiencies if there are any, and clean up your lawn and driveway.
STEP 5 - You’ll receive an invoice, warranty, inspection report and pays the bill in full or begin with an agreed upon financing arrangement.
STEP 6 - We’ll be in touch to make sure you are happy with your new roof and you’ll have the opportunity to share your feedback.
